The usual processing flow includes：CNC rough machining/CNC electrode machining - screw drilling and water transportation machining - steel machining - CNC precision machining - slow wire machining - EDM electrical discharge machining - mold matching - FIT mold, etc. Finally, the dimensions are checked by 3D and projector.

Tolerance range: the maximum accuracy achieved ±0.005MM

Inspection Report: After processing is completed, all dimensions will be inspected, with a particular emphasis on key dimensions.
